LISA Kickoff meeting: lithium sulfur batteries on track

On the 14th of February, the consortium of the LISA project met for the first time in the headquarter of Leitat in Terrassa. LISA is a European project financed under the Horizon 2020 framework programme that aims to develop a high energy and safe lithium-sulphur battery for automotive integration.

During the meeting, fruitful discussions took place in order to find the most appropriate solutions to the upcoming challenges. The various work packages have been discussed including the first milestones.

LISA is the continuation of ALISE project, which Leitat also coordinates. In this project, a 310 Wh/Kg cell was reached and LISA aim to go much further.
