LLAVOR 3D – Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing Community

The objective of LLAVOR 3D is to accelerate the development and adoption of AM / 3DP technologies by the industrial production sectors as an alternative way of designing, developing and producing sustainable new competitive products that strengthen their competitiveness.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Obtaining more efficient and versatile production processes
Reorientation of consolidated sectors towards more value-added activities
Initiate the creation of an R&D ecosystem in additive manufacturing and 3D printing technologies that positions Catalonia as an international reference of the field
Generate an environment that facilitates the adoption and massive incorporation of AM / 3DP technologies in the Catalan industry

3D TOOLING

Obtain high efficient components and tools for mass production conformal processes with the use of AM/3DP technologies.

PRO2

Obtain optimised low-rotation and customized products and spare parts for machinery and production tools.

TRANSPORT

Obtain new components and parts for transport structures, especially in the railway sector, with the use of AM/3DP technologies.

QUIROFAM

Obtain surgery test models, implants for reconstructions and bioactive implants for the regeneration of tissues using AM/3DP technologies.
