Izabel Alfany presenting at H2020 Health Info Day: How to write an excellent proposal

Health, demographic change and wellbeing On the 8th of July 2016, the European Commission is organising an Info Day about societal challenge 1 (SC1) around Health, demographic change and wellbeing. Various officers from the Commission will explain the different parts of the work programme and answer questions. Our health expert Izabel Alfany will also give a talk in the session around the topic of personalised medicine and non-communicable diseases. Her presentation, more focused on proposals preparation, is entitled “Developing new international collaborations and writing excellent proposals for funding”.

With the principle of research for better health for all at its core, Horizon 2020’s Societal Challenge 1 (SC1) related to Health Demographic Change and Wellbeing focuses on personalised health and care. Its updated Work Programme 2017 offers calls for proposals with an overall budget of about € 400 million.
