Introduction to Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) for UPC students

On October 10th at 12am., the “Introduction to Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) Nearly Zero Energy Buildings” event will be held at the School of Engineering of East Barcelona – EEBE. The seminar is organized by the working group formed by IREC, Leitat, EURECAT, CIMNE and the Catalan Institute of Energy (ICAEN), which collaborate jointly for the promotion of nZEB buildings.  In addition, it has the support of the Department of Mechanics of Fluids of the UPC.

The objective of the session is to introduce to the engineering students what a nZEB building is and what features it must have. The speakers will explain the design and operation challenges that must be achieved in order to get an efficient building park, as well as some practical cases.

Marc Torrentellé, from the R&D Sustainability Division, is the Leitat’s representative in this event. Enjoy the presentations!
