Retrospective over HEALTHIO: LEITAT at the forefront in pre-market innovations and more

Last week, LEITAT participated in the HEALTHIO event that took place from the 3-5 May. LEITAT is at the forefront in three main fields, namely pre-market innovations, research around cancer and personalised rehabilitation. On top of its stand, researchers and experts from LEITAT gave various speeches during this event in the Àgora areas. Marc Masa presented the activities in the field of biosensing, Francesc Mitjans presented technologies for personalised medicine for cancer (such as GLAM and HYPOSENS projects), and Manel Balcells presented the TEC-SALUT community as well as the concept of Living Labs with the example of the Health Care Living Lab in Catalonia.

As an institutional partner of the event, LEITAT could benefit from a good presence during the event and was pleased to present its activities to the visitors participating in the guided tours and all others.
